To Support the Functionality of SOBO (Scheduling on Behalf of) in Volume license Build ins in Outlook

Some Companies are using the Volume Licenses last updated version by MS, but the range of Outlook build in is 16.0.10 as it is less than the Minimum requiremnts as per our article which is 16.0.12


Some users are having the scheduler working fine but the SOBO functionality is not working as fully supported and Companies can't always move to 365 or move to another type of licenses of outlook
