Password Reset Error Explained

As it currently stands, when you reset your password from webex site and there's an issue with it, it does not say what the issue with the password is, instead, it gives a generic statement that does not say much. E.g., "password contains not allowed attributes".

It saves much more time trying to figure out what the issue with the password is by stating what the not allowed attributes are, or to at least have password guidelines.
