JIRA Cloud Bot allow option custom fields or custom form.

We support PoE lighting on one of the Cisco sites and we are always discussing various issues on the WebEx chat, It would make sense to have a bot that can create an issue via the chat.


Problem: Fields for creating an issue via current chat bot are not customizable. (Project, Issue Type, Priority). We have our own custom fields we prefer to use.


Solution: Add an option to customize fields that show up on the form or sync custom form from JIRA. Same way the portal works.
