The most recent update to 42.12.5.13 has added an option for Host and attendees to change their name. We use Directory Synch which disabled this feature for all attendees (host and attendees) and only users joining from outside the organization or via PSTN had the ability to change their name.

The latest update is now an all or nothing scenario and no longer prevents Directory Synch added accounts from modifying their name. This has caused problems in our K12 School District. Students are changing their name to the teacher and initiating chats with other attendees as if they are the teacher.

I would like to request that the Edit Name is disabled if the account is managed through Directory Synch.
