Alerts for VIPs just rolled out but the emails are are pretty basic with only a link to open the event in control hub. We'd like for these emails to contain more information to potentially assist in triaging or prioritizing the issue prior to logging into control hub.
Which VIP triggered the alert email. Since 30 VIPS can be on each alert, and multiple VIPs may be in the same meeting, identifying specifically which VIP triggered the alert is important.
Which metric caused the alert to trigger. Was it audio latency? Video jitter? Packet loss?
I think this is what the reason field is intended for but currently all alerts state "Some Meeting participants network parameters exceeded the defined threshold."
