Add user create time column to exported user

Add user create time column to exported user list in site administration

Please add the account create time column to the exported user list so that it can be sorted by account create time. As it stands, there's no way to effectively sort the user list based on new vs pre-existing accounts in the exported list; however, on the site admin site you can sort by create time.
