Allow enterprise administrators to opt-out of marketing and other emails on behalf of enterprise users

We recently had a situation where a physician within our organization was receiving emails from WebEx asking him to rate his experience using the product. He received several of these, prompting him to contact our IT service desk asking for ways to stop these from being sent. Our service desk let him know that he could unsubscribe, but they also asked if the engineering team knew of a method that we could opt out of these emails at the enterprise level, as these are annoying to receive and just clutter the mailboxes of our employees.

So after receiving the request from our service desk I went to the WebEx admin portal, where I found that there is no option for enterprise admins to opt out for our users so they do not receive these emails. I personally believe that this should be an option added for enterprises. Our users do not want to receive spam emails asking for them to rate a product that the enterprise requires them to use. In the same vein, our service desk does not want hundreds of calls from frustrated employess because they are received spam from a vendor that we have partnered with to provide a service.

Please try to give us an option to opt out of these emails.
