Mobile device support for WxCC agent desktop

In RFP documents, we see often customers requesting for at least limited mobile device support for their agents. The demand is for brands who have commuters using contact center for contacting the customers. Some users are operating in the field most of their time, but when they need to contact the customers, the businesses would like to get their contacts recorded as contact center interactions.

This is mainly for the calls, so it would be enough for the agent to be able to login using mobile device, and set their status (available/not available), and then start receiving the calls in their cell phones or webex calling endpoint.

While WxCC Agent desktop has responsive design, and also PWA support, officially only Windows/Mac desktops are supported.
