Add the ability to search Device install/

Add the ability to search Device install/ registration date in CH

request a new filter criteria for the Device search engine if possible; Install Date or Registration Date.

This would allow us to create csv exports that would be useful for not only Corp RE, but Procurement as well to easily identify duration of Cisco AV equipment installs for warranty tracking and room refresh purposes. It would also allow us to get a quick birds eye view of latest installs for executive level snapshots. Perhaps it could poll on the date the device was first registered or something like that to produce this information. Ability to search by specific install dates would be influential in times of budgeting/planning
