have the ability's to enable breakout sessions for running meeting even if its already disabled from the advanced option

The customer requested that the host be able to edit a running meeting and have the edit take immediate effect on the meeting. For example, if the host forgets to enable the breakout session from the advanced options and starts the session, the host can edit the option (enable breakout session) and have the change immediately reflected in the running session.
