Change Data Retention Policy for Free spaces after upgarding to a paid account.

So the Data retention won't be 180 days and deploy under the company data retention policy to get all needed faetures.

This is a bug, not a feature. To not upgrade a space that's now paid for, is very poor. It needs fixing now.
