Ability to isolate data records between certain hours

Our call center operates between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday. It would be incredibly helpful have the ability to filter reporting parameters within the CSR visualizations to only look at contacts that came in during business hours or other specified timeframes that doesn't require slapping a bunch of metrics together.
