Request to release a feature to hide only

Request to release a feature to hide only control-bar in meeting sharing, leave the video panel on top of the shared content.

now when press shortcut key Ctrl + Shift + Q, control-bar and video-panel are both hidden, user request to release a feature that could hide the control-bar only.
