Option in Control Hub to turn off ringing on certain Apps (Mobile device or Webex App)

I am wanting an option in Control Hub to turn off ringing for certain apps if someone was to call me. Currently I have the Webex App on my Mobile device, Webex App on my laptop and then a deskphone. So if I want it to only ring on my deskphone and laptop I want an option to turn off it ringing on my mobile device for the webex app
