Customer need : there should be a way they can dial as hybrid calling to their internal DN by using Name dialing from directory.

Current situation : Customer has Cisco Webex Desk registered on his account as personal Mode and also.

customer is trying to do a call from his Cisco Webex Desk to another user in their org using their name from directory over device

and it rings the call to another person's webex app and desk device but not ringing on their Cisco IP phone 8865 which is registered on their CUCM.

we found that when we do call from desk device using name from the directory,

it acts as spark call and using SIP call URI of that person and the calling behavior now turned in to UCM calling not hybrid calling and that's the reason other person did not get all on their Cisco IP phone 8865.

Need enhancement or the feature that can be set on the configuration so that customer can select and set the preferred calling behavior when dialing through Name.
