Webex Presence Status Integration With Slack

Allow for the Webex app and Slack app to sync and share their respective presence status with each other for On-Call, In-Meeting, DND, etc.

Example, if you are on a call via the Webex app, show on-call presence status for both Slack and Webex.

The inverse rule would apply as well if on a call via Slack, show as on call for both Webex and Slack.
