As of January 2023, Hybrid Services – (Directory, Calendar, Management Connectors) do not support custom trusted CAs for TLS inspection. If TLS inspection is enabled on the proxy, customers need to work around this (for example, by disabling TLS inspection for hybrid connectors traffic).

However, currently there are Webex features available that do require TLS inspection to be in place (Configuring a list of allowed domains to access Webex while on your corporate network)

Adding TLS inspection (custom certificate support) for Hybrid Connector would allow customers to utilize Hybrid Calendar/Messaging features without creating any exceptions on the proxy. On top of that, other Webex services do support custom TLS certificates
