The current in-call keypad in RoomOS 11.2 is less accessible than RoomOS 10.

The touch targets and letterings are smaller, requiring more visual attention and precise inputs.

There are columns of dead space between numbers requiring inconsistent travel when tapping horizontally vs vertically.

Lack of borders on either side of keypad make it more likely that a user accidentally close the window while tapping 1, 4, 7, 3, 6, & 9.

The keypads on the Desk and Board series are not affected by this re-design.
