Virtual Backgrounds - Improve resolution/image quality when in Grid View

See case #SR 694872949 for reference. We’d like for the image quality and resolution of the virtual background in Grid view to match the quality of the virtual background in Stack and Side-by-Side view. Currently the virtual background image in Grid view is significantly degraded for everyone else except the participant that is actively speaking.
