At the moment we are unable to create users in bulk under webex wholesale, we are having to create the users manually which is time consuming.

Having the bulk upload using a spreadsheet to create users will make it much easier for us to provision users and decrease in setting up each Webex instance.

This feature is available for the Flex model, where we can create the users and assign the subscription while for Webex Wholesale we are unable to assign the Wholesale license.
