Audio for attendee reactions

We want to have audio associated with attendees reactions during a WebEx meeting like " clapping ", " fire " " smile" etc. Instead of having to upload a audio clip and play in the middle of a meeting which is cumbersome, we want instant audio by default with the user reactions.
