Re-size popped-out Attendee window

Not sure why all other pop-out windows can be re-sized and the Attendee window can't be. It would be helpful to make that window taller to fit more names.

    And slightly wider at default to show the full AreaCode/Prefix/XXXX of Call-in users without need to hover. Third digit of the Prefix (North America) gets cut off.
