Customer offered to stop co-host notification for recordings

The feature 'Cohosts can record, view, and share cloud recording and support anyone can record' was released on 43.1.

Our customers raised two improvement requests.

1.Customer hope this feature to be applied at the site level, not the organization level.

2.Customer hope to be able to sotp the notification emails to co-host.

Because customers alwayss record almost all meetings, and too many notification emails will cause customers to miss other important emails.

Along the same lines of this feature request, I have had cohosts that have asked for the ability to hide recordings shared with them so it does not clutter their recordings list on the Webex site.

I have advised users that the host can unshare or delete recordings in order to have them removed from the shared party's list. However, they would like the ability to hide without requiring action on the host's part.
