Enable Admins to change background image for Webex room kits (Touch10 or Room navigator) in "awake" state

At the minute, in "awake state" it's not possible to change the grey background image (see attached file).

I understand concerns about visibility of icons but I'd like to have the possibility to change this.

This would be a great opportunity for more personalised TP10 and Room navigator.
