Global control for Audio connection type

Customer expressed the need to have a global control for the Audio Connection Type option in their meeting site ( Preferences -> Audio and Video -> Audio Connection )

They wante to be able to change this for all their users from VoIP only to Webex Audio for example, without the users having to make the change one by one
