The customer reported that she was able to record her sessions using her Chromebook device, and she last did it on December 27th , 2022.
however, this feature has stopped now and this is highly inconvenient.
Our Help article on known issues and limitations for recordings mentions the following:
"If you start a meeting by phone, you can't record it."
"Recording on your computer is currently only available from the desktop app. If you start a meeting from a device using the web app, such as a Chromebook, you can't record it".
