Webex should catch up with Microsoft Teams and allow chat messages to be marked as Important

I often find, mainly in dealing with Cisco (as that is what I mostly use Webex for, as we use Microsoft Teams internally) that it would be really useful to be able to mark a chat message as Important or Urgent (as per Microsoft Teams) ... just to draw it to the recipients attention as being "out of the ordinary" in some way ... either needing a more rapid response, action, etc.

    Based on current priorities and Webex brand guidelines we don't have a plan to deliver this in the next 24 months.

    Is it possible to have some justification of why this is judged as 'Not likely to implement' please?
