Webex Calling - MPP Phones and Webex App calling behavior

Today when we call from Webex App (camera symbol > choose work number) to a Webex Calling MPP Phone User we can see MPP Phone ringing, we can pickup phone or on the Webex App.


But when we call from Webex App *locus call* (camera symbol > call on webex) to a Webex Calling MPP Phone User there is no signaling on the MPP Phone when calls come in. We can see the call in the Webex App but nothing on the MPP Phone. We expect so have same behavior on both (ring MPP phone and Webex App), regardless of how the user raise the call.
