Webex Calling - MPP Phones and Webex App calling behavior no video

Direct Calls from MPP Phone to MPP Phone video is working as expected on Cisco CP-8865 Phones.

But today when we call from the Webex App (camera symbol > choose work number) to a Webex Calling MPP Phone User we can see MPP Phone ringing, we can pickup phone or on the Webex App. If the user pickup the phone with MPP Phone there no video support. We expect to have video support in such calls.
