Allow option to remove/disable "Require attendees to sign in before joining Webinar" in scheduling settings

If the "Require attendees to sign in before joining Webinar" box is checked, then no external guests that do not have a login on the exact same Webex site will be allowed in. Accidentally checking this box when scheduling a Webinar is a meeting killer. I think having the option to disable or remove it would benefit any group scheduling meetings that includes external guests, or combinations of external and internal guests.
