(Merged) A pop-up notification that shows that a certain user is available now when they become online. Merged

This feature is important to customer to notify them that this user has just become available to chat when she is doing other stuff or in-meeting or so, to be notified when this person logged in without having to search for their names to see that they are in fact available.
