Allow Webex registered device to be moved

Allow Webex registered device to be moved into lobby in a webex meeting.

There is a limitation that for cloud-registered video device we cannot move attendees into the lobby. This limitation is affecting customers ability to talk in private by moving devices into lobby. Please provide some solution or work around to this limitation.
