XAPI command to start a recording on a meeting using the touch10 device.

Personalized macro buttons have allowed us to simplify the use of the touch10. Adding a 'record' button within a personalized macro, while within a meeting, will greatly enhance our experience and further simplify how the touch10 pad should be used. According to devsuppot, starting a recording is possible via Rest API, but that does not apply to how we utilize the device.
