looking for access to some form of real time call reporting “live stats” below but there is not a way for the supervisor to click on that live stat listed and see the entire details. They have a way to join, silent barge and listen in but not a way to see the actual details when they double click on for
Having Supervisor capabilities in Webex Calling for Queues is a great idea. This is definitely needed.

This is in future roadmap where a Supervisor can get access to the agent's live stats and invoke supervisor functions.
