Allow webinar host to view thumbnails, access annotation toolbar, and access all preloaded ppt presentations even after handing off control to different presenters.

As a host, I need to keep track of slides to open polls on cue and cue other presenters during webinars. I also need to access other preloaded presentations from the dropdown list so I can advance to certain slides privately while a different presenter has control. These critical features existed in Classic Events but are missing from Webex Webinars. The presentation dropdown and the thumbnail and annotation buttons are all grayed out now. Please fix this asap!
