Allow easy access from a mobile device to the WCH for quick provisioning

Using a web browser on a mobile device to access the WCH is terrible. The web pages are difficult to read and difficult to navigate. Access from a mobile device is sometimes required to quickly provision or admin if no PC is available, eg I need to quickly generate a PIN to pair a Navigator
