change log for webex client updates - specifically a way to highlight/ focus on end user GUI changes

Supporting a client that has many different skill sets of users is challenging enough, but throw in unsuspected changes when an agile application is updated and we get "surprises" from our end users.

For example, todays update gave us Recommended Messages, nice feature if you want that type of thing, but it generates a lot of questions.

One, we need to be notified before changes are pushed, so we can prepare our users, and two, give us the ability to postpone updates or turn off new features from the control hub, along with documentation on all of this.
