Request to add an option to enable/disable 'Host Key Rotation' in My Profile or Site Setting page

Host Key Rotation was introduced as a security feature in 40.10.

While customer request if we can add an option to enable/disable 'Host Key Rotation' in My Profile or Site Setting page? So that they can decide to enable/disable this feature from user/site level by themselves.
