DTMF alignement and personalization on Webex and CMS

The goal is to align DTMF among Cisco Webex and CMS to improve the user experience, but is not possible today:

-CMS is missing some DTMF features present in Webex (Such as rise hand) and the ability to toggle on/off reach feature with the same key.

-While users on Webex complained by the fact that some DTMF combination are not intuitive, it will be good to have the possibility to customize by tenant.
