Webex Contact Center - Allow regular attachments in agent chat like *.docx, *.png and *.jpg

Webex Contact Center is fully Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant to protect customer organizations from data loss while using voice and digital channels. Webex will drop attachments if document type is not supported. My customer was surprised that .docx is not part of the supported file type under the roadmap because it’s the most common Word document type, we all use in office 365 . So, TAC says the best way forward would be to open an enhancement request (AHA request) to get it up to the PM and team for consideration.
