Enable Push to Talk with Mute

Customer would like the Push-to-Talk feature to work same as the intercom feature works in CUCM (The called destination answers the call automatically in speakerphone mode with mute activated).

Customer wants the destination user to be able to talk only if he unmute him/herself.
