Allow an admin to default 1080 for video in WCH

Today when a CSM enables 1080 as a video option on the org, only the end user has the ability to set the default video quality to 1080 within the Webex Windows/MAC/Mobile apps.


It is really hard to ask all end users to do this and I am requesting that we have the option to default that in the meeting tab on an end user. Today it only goes up to 720p. Users > Find a User > Meeting > Scroll to the bottom.

    In WCH, we have the options to enable 720, but not 1080, even when CSM has it enabled for us. it would be nice to put this control in the hands of the admins
