AudioCodes port information from Workspace

Hello,

Previously within a workspace for an analog line we could view calling information(Temporarily Manage Calling) and it would display which AudioCodes port the line was connected to. This is no longer available - the "Devices" section is empty. The only way to find this information out is to browse through each AudioCodes device until you see the line. It's difficult when troubleshooting because our environment has stacks of 2-5 Audiocodes per location, all with over 10 ports.

@Alec Walker - This is specific to Workspaces that use an analog line located on an AudioCodes device. Not the AudioCodes Workspace itself. The calling tab on the Workspaces does not display the AudioCodes port information. I'm able to see all the other calling information in the new calling tab. I'm not sure whether this information should be under the calling tab or the devices section. But right now there is not a way to tie a Workspace (for a fax line, for example) to the specific AudioCodes device/port that it is set up on.

    Hi,
I have created the case on behalf of a customer.

And they are still able to see the ports for our AudioCodes this way. Previously, before the "Temporarily Manage Calling" link was removed, they could navigate to a Workspace and view information inside the calling tab. The calling tab had a "Devices" section, where we could see what port on the AudioCodes the workspace was connected to. This was extremely helpful for our many analog lines that they have built workspaces for.

Now, they have no way of tying which port our analog line workspaces are tied to on our AudioCodes devices without going in and manually scrolling through. There are locations where we have 3-4 AudioCodes devices that are all full (68 workspaces all with extensions).

The calling information-- previously under the "temporarily manage calling" has now been replaced by a calling tab. Are you able to see the information you are looking for in the Workspaces calling tab?
