Add support for Contact Center user license management via the REST API.

Description:

Currently the REST API /licenses endpoint (list-licenses request) does not return the Contact Center licenses, preventing users from automating the management of these license. The Administrators can only manage the license for each user individually from Control Hub or by CSV import.


Request:
Please add support for the Webex Contact Center licenses to the REST API /licenses endpoint.
