Webex Calling - Supervisors ability to sign users in/Out of Queue and see their current status

In Webex Calling we would like to give the Supervisors of a Queue the ability to see who is signed into that Queue and their status if they are in a call, but also give the Supervisor the ability to sign a user in or out of a queue.
