I am using MPP Cisco7841.
When I try to cancel the hold with the button under the display, if an incoming call occurs at about the same time, the focus will move to that and the call will be answered.
Calls on hold are not covered by Active Call Focus.
We believe that there are few cases where you receive a new call while you are on hold.
I would like Active Call Focus to include calls on hold or add a new setting.
