In order not to leak the File data on the PC in the organization to the outside

Feedback: In order not to leak the File data on the PC in the organization to the outside

●Scenario (1):

Org A Host: No restrictions on attendees

Org B Attendee-a: During the meeting Share → File

Org C Attendee-b: [File] → [Save] → Can save shared files

■Scenario (2):

Org A Host: Disable Attendee File Saving Ability

Org B Attendee-a: During the meeting Share → File

Org C Attendee-b: [File] → [Save] → Cannot save

※If Org C attendee-b becomes a role other than attendee, [File] → [Save] → Shared file can be saved

●Scenario (3):

(PC) Org A Host: Disable Attendee File Saving Ability

(PC) Org B Attendee-a: During the meeting Share → File

(Iphone) Org C Attendee-b automatically stops sharing content when it becomes a non-attendee role.

Effectively prevented Org B (internal) file data from leaking out.

But you can't do that on your PC.

-------------------

■For Scenario (2), Org B (internal) file data may leak to the outside,

So, it would be nice if there was a way to limit it that would work in the future.
