So we are looking to implement this capability. There's some media services we need to update in order to do this, but we are planning on this in CY2024. Hopefully we will get this done early in 2024. Please visit the Collaboration roadmap on SalesConnect for more information. I think the use case is to back up what is currently in production before you replace it, just in case you dont still have that wav file on hand.

for example if we have a WebEx calling AA and in after hours there is a greeting already uploaded and now we need to replace it with holiday greeting but before we do that we want to download and save that after hour greeting so that we upload it again once holiday is Over. And at this time there is no option to download current greeting

Please elaborate on the use case and intent for having this option.
