Would like wbxtraceget2.exe to run in silent mode

As an administrator, I would like to be able to trigger WBX Grabber without user involvement.

We are basically removing the need to run WBX grabber. The end user will be able to do a 2 click action and send logs to control hub. further we are building a capability that will allow the admin to pull a user's log directly from Control Hub. So WBX grabber will be redundant in few months. It is planned for July release. stay tuned.

Adding a fairly standard set of command line arguments to this diagnostic tool would be incredibly valuable. Having the option to silence output and prevent pop-ups is critical when trying to provide a minimally intrusive experience for users.

Another similar feature which would be incredibly useful would be a command line argument to direct the resulting output somewhere other than %appdata%/Local/Temp.
