Allow Users to schedule join/unjoin for Call Queues

We would like to be able to allow teams that have the option for allowing agents to join/unjoin a queue to also be able to schedule that option with the individual agent's webex settings.

Competing products already have options that allow users to set working hours on an individual basis.
